When the sun sets, discover a variety of pubs and restaurants, also within walking distance.

After a day at the beach, kick back in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the TV. There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, enjoy vacation meals together at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating. Or simply relax and enjoy the expansive views and coastal breeze. Extra perks include provided beach chairs and toys.

Walk mere steps to the beach from this coastal retreat! In addition to prime beach access, you’ll also enjoy an ideal location in the heart of South Padre Island. When you’re not at the beach, there’s fun for the whole family at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 11 minutes away by car. Or explore the region in its purest form on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, only 8 miles north on the island. When you arrive, you will need to stop by the Inverness office to pick up parking passes as well as the key fob for access to the building, pool, and parking garage. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8 am-1 am and Sundays from 9 am-1 am. If you have any questions about hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Inverness office. Please ensure you arrive before the office closes, as access will be limited to those with key fobs after that time. The key fob must be returned to the Inverness office upon check-out. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a $100 replacement fee.

Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle for the duration of the stay. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the complex garage or the parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
