INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enter into the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area via large glass double doors. This welcoming space has wicker-accent seating for 10 that converts into a queen pull-out bed. Enjoy movies and your favorite shows on the 55” flat-screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel GE Café appliances, which are set off by eye-catching sea-green backsplash tiling. A beautiful quartz island features a double sink and breakfast bar. The dining area includes a table for four. The adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The decadent master bedroom offers a sumptuous king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private patio. The spacious bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks, delicate tiling, and a big vanity.
The guest bedroom is bright and breezy, with a comfy queen-size bed and a wall-mounted 38” flat-screen. This room also has a twin-size trundle bed.
THE LOCATION
With the boardwalk leading to the beach and the lavish pool accessible in minutes - and the incredible Black Marlin restaurant on-site - you might not wish to wander far from home during your stay. But if you do, know you're just a short drive from a plethora of restaurants and shops in town.
Try the favorite local sandwich shop Irie's Island Food (3 miles away) for lunch on the go. Then hang ten at Texas Surf Camps (less than 4 miles away), or give kiteboarding a try with Port A H20 (5 minutes away). The beloved Schlitterbahn Water Park is also a short drive.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.
For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
