Nestled right in Seattle’s vibrant Wallingford. You will have easy access to everything Seattle--many local restaurants, boutiques and the iconic Dick’s Drive-in.

Wallingford is walking distance to nearby UW, Gasworks and Greenlake Park. You can easily get to neighboring Downtown, Fremont and Ballard with a 15 min bus ride. Seatac airport is another 24 min Uber ride away or a 45 min light rail ride away once you get Downtown.

From SeaTac Airport, guests may Uber or drive (24 min) with plentiful, free street parking outside. Guests may also take the lightrail from the airport to the University of Washington station and catch the #62 bus to Wallingford.

Please note the complex is home to other full time residents, including some HOA members. The HOA is a bit strict so please be respectful and cognizant of noise, 9pm-9am is quiet hours

• No parties or illegal activity shall take place in the unit or on the property

• No pets allowed. If evidence of an illegal pet is found, guests will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

• No smoking is allowed within the unit or on the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

• Lost key fobs will be an additional $500 charge for replacement

• Please help our cleaning crew out by simply leaving the property tidy and running the dishwasher. We will handle your linens and trash.

• If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills or stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, guests will be charged additional fees.

• If at any time the maximum number of said occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately.

We loved staying in Wallingford and appreciated all the little extras like candy and toothbrushes etc. Construction was happening while there but minus that I imagine it’s a 10+

Wallingford Gem

This was super clean, functional and the owner thought of all the little things that make a stay in Seattle great. Less than a block to coffee shops (one in the building) and a super nice market. Parking was easy. There is even a view of downtown from the balcony. Neighborhood is super safe, and really was my favorite of all the Seattle neighborhoods we visited. Hope to stay here again.

Location is ideal

Walk to everything you could possibly need. Great Sushi and Ice Cream directly across the street and an amazing bakery and coffee shop on the property. Several bars and Pubs within stumbling distance. Highly recommend this Wallingford property that was clean and fully equipped including a washer/dryer.

Memorable stay

Beautiful condo, nice location. Lauren our host, was terrific. Very welcoming. We didn't expect how noisy the street traffic was and the rooftop patio was under construction and a bit hard to use. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lauren's apartment. Lauren was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, and grocery and drug stores. This was so easy and comfortable.

The check in was flawless, the communication was perfect, and the kitchen was well outfitted, though we didn't find a corkscrew! The street parking was a bit different than we are accustomed to coming from a home on six acres, but the ice cream across the street and the bakery below the condo kept us happy. We hope to visit again.

Property management needs improvement

We arrived on a Friday evening, looking forward to a comfortable stay while we spent time with friends. We noticed right away that the A/C in the apartment is only in the bedroom. It wasn’t until we got back from our friends’ house at 11 pm that we realized we had no bath towels and there was no bath mat. And there was wet laundry in the washing machine. And we had no facial tissue.In the morning I sent a message to the host. After an hour I called the numbers listed in the guide book. Neither number connected to a person who could help. After another hour I called VRBO.VRBO contacted the owner and she let in know that we were welcome to cancel for a full refund. She also wrote that towels would be delivered that afternoon. I asked her when we would get facial tissue and she said Amazon would be delivering that on Sunday. No one seemed to care about the wet laundry.We were too busy on Saturday to deal with finding alternative accommodations so we decided to stay another night. Before we left for our dinner plans we were able to shower with the provided bath towels and bath mat. But then we also realized that there was no toilet paper in the apartment except for what was on the roll we had just finished.I shared this info with the host and she suggested we go buy what we needed and she would reimburse us. No thanks.Sunday morning I discovered the dishwasher was full when I decided to make a cup of tea and there were no mugs. We moved out at noon and got refunded half

Great Seattle Area Unit

The Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated and contained basically everything we needed for our time there. The location was convenient to a grocery store, pharmacy and many little shops. There were many restaurants, including Molly Moon's, just a short walk away. Lauren, the Host, was very attentive and communicative, quickly responding to any questions we had plus she made the check-in process super easy. The rooftop view was great. We felt very safe there. There was some noise from the outside overnight but overall pretty quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Seattle area property

We had a great week in Seattle! The property was clean, well-appointed and tastefully decorated.The location was convenient to public transportation and the grocery store, pharmacy and many little shops and restaurants were steps away. From the cookware, snacks, and seasoning, to the bath bombs, bubble bath, and in unit w/d, to the plethora of linens and pillows, and of course the super cute decor, we absolutely loved staying here! Lauren is exceptionally communicative, and she gave us many suggestions to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Wallingford is a very central location and the bus lines run right out front of the building. The grocery store and many little stops are within very close walking distance. 10/10 would recommend!

Stay in the residential side of the University District, walk to convenient coffee shops, restaurants and maybe see Macklemore at Dick's Drive-in. My personal neighborhood favorites are, Fuel Coffee, Yoroshiku and Molly Moons.

Pick your adventure! The property has everything for your lazy stay-in-bed-all-day weekends or busy 9-5p WFH weeks. Complete with fast wifi, Netflix & Hulu as well as a breakfast bar. There is even a fresh bakery downstairs and classic Seattle brunch around the corner. You'll find it hard to leave!

However for the adventure seeker, let me know if you would like any suggestions on things to do in the area, including hikes 🚶‍♀️the PNW is known for its beautiful national parks.
