Our spacious apartment (94m ²) is located in the poet district, in one of the best residential areas in the south of Erfurt. It is characterized by its quiet but central location. The tastefully furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 separate bedrooms with blackout curtains and a bathroom with a window. A travel cot and a high chair we are happy to provide. a private terrace in the garden with seating invites you to relax and linger. The historic old town is within walking distance in 15- 20 minutes, the Steigerwald in just 10 minutes. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Erfurt, Dank der Lage der FeWo waren wir in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Wir können sehr gerne diese FeWo weiterempfehlen, auch die Gastgeber sind super nett. Beim nächsten Besuch in Erfurt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Villa

Schöne, geräumige Altbauvilla im wunderschönen Erfurt

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und im Sommer auch angenehm kühl. Die Straße ist extrem ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kann man zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermärkte und Staßenbahn sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles super!

Selten so eine saubere u gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Lage ist toll. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber mit der Sbahn alles super zu erreichen. Große Zimmer, bequeme Betten, die Kidds waren begeistert. Wir kommen das nächste Mal gerne wieder dahin.

Langes Wochenende

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in Erfurt und Umgebung verbracht. Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet für diesen Zweck: mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In die City geht man ca. 20 Minuten oder man nimmt die Tram. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend und ausreichend Parkplätze am Straßenrand.

Tolle Zeit in Erfurt

Eine schönere Stadtvilla im fast Herzen von Erfurt kann man sich nicht wünschen. sehr familienfreundlich und sehr gut erreichbar

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr entspannt. Der Check-In ist absolut unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und auch zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist überaus geräumig, vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Zudem ist der Einkauf fußläufig erreichbar, innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ebenso ist die Straßebahnhaltesteller innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zwei Haltestellen entfernt, das Stadtzentrum drei Haltestellen. Trotzdem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine große Straße befindet sich nicht davor. Letzendlich ist unser Aufenthalt sehr schön gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung trägt ihren Namen zurecht, da man in ihr wirklich Ferien genießen kann.
