A free cot and high chair can be provided upon request. A fold-out sofa, 1.2 m wide, suitable for 1 to 2 people as an additional sleeping option.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an extendable dining table with 6 chairs.

There are 2 bathrooms: one features a bathtub, heated towel rack, washing machine, etc., while the other has a shower, heated towel rack, etc.

There are shared seating areas in the courtyard.

Bicycles can be securely parked in the enclosed entrance area or in the courtyard.

Arriving by train: From the train station, take tram number 1 towards Europaplatz or tram number 5 towards Zoopark to the stop (Wendenstraße). The ride takes about 10 minutes.

Travelling by car: Free parking spots are available on the side streets (e.g., Wendenstraße, Hans-Sailer-Straße, etc.). On the high street, Magdeburger Allee, parking is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on Sundays.

For loading and unloading, you may park at the entrance to the building.
