Our friendly, fully refurbished Non smoking apartment with beautifully coordinated furnishings, located on the ground floor of a century building in the Andreasvorstadt, near the old town (10 - 15 mins walking distance). In addition, there is a good tram connection (bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes). The 68 m² apartment consists of a combined living / bedroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony and a modern bathroom / WC. A beautiful large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean garden invites you to relax. Our guests have a free parking space and internet available.

Wohnung groß, gemütlich, sauber; sehr freundlicher Empfang und einfache Abwicklung des "geschäftlichen" Teils; Straßenbahn, Supermarkt und Innenstadt gut zu erreichen;
Nachteil bei ÖPNV: man kann nur in die Bahn einsteigen, wenn man bereits ein Ticket hat - es gibt aber auf dem Bahnsteig keinen Automaten, man muss also erstmal ein größeres Stück laufen, wenn man Bahn fahren will...

Gute Lage
Schöne Ferienwohnung in Erfurt, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, man kann aber auch drei Haltestellen mit der S Bahn fahren. Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen eigenen Stellplatz ein paar Häuser weiter.
Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein paar Tipps parat gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es mangelt an nichts (außer vielleicht ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit allen was man braucht in der Nähe
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist auch reinigungstechnisch auf hohem Niveau. Einzig für mein subjektives Empfinden wäre ein vollständiger Herd mit Ofen noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Danke auch an die Gastgeberin für Tipps zum Thema Einkaufen und Ausflugsziele.
