Charming cottage with beautiful view of lake Tørvikevatnet. Good fishing in the lake, very good trout stock. It is only 1.5 km from the cottage to the Hardangerfjord, here you also have good swimming and fishing opportunities. There are good hiking opportunities in the area, for example around the lake or in the mountains, including to Tveitstølen and Vesoldo. Good possibilities for cycling. 2 km to the center with supermarket and about 10 minutes by car to Norheimsund with various stores and several restaurants. Take a trip to the Steinsdalsfossen. Take the ferry from Tørvikbygd to Jondal and experience Folgefonna glacier and summer ski center. Kvamskogen with more than 60 km of groomed trails and a number of ski slopes is easily accessible by car. We recommend day trips along the fjord to Baroni Rosendal, Mikkelparken in Kinsarvik or the landscape park in Herand. The city of Bergen with activities for the whole family is about 1 hour away by car. Here we recommend Fløyen, Old Town, Fish Market, the Aquarium and Grieg Museum in Troldhaugen.
