To our New Guests and our repeating Guests, we are constantly upgrading the accommodations at Ohia Kai Vacation Rentals. In our unit you will find a new bathroom, remodeled Kitchen, new flooring, new draperies, and fresh paint. Bright and airy upper floor with large lanai. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very nice shower. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Close to the beach walk. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Highly rate this place and look forward to staying there again!

Location of the property is good, just need to cross the street to reach a nice walkway across the ocean. Short drives to nearby beaches. Best part about the property was friendly and very accommodative hosts. They were very responsive before and during the stay and helped us with their flexibility and local recommendations.
An excellent stay with gracious and accommodating hosts. This upstairs property funnels the breeze throughout and feels comfortable inside and out all day. Spacious bedrooms and living area. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals. A short stroll to the beach and facilities in Kapa'a. Groceries just a 5 minute drive. Recommended for a family of 4 for sure.
Jim and Julie are new owners and they are doing wonderful work on making this a warm, comfortable place to stay. They are on site and there for your every need. They brought us fresh fruit and helped us find restaurants, and sites to see.
Loved the balcony porch and spend every evening out there enjoying the weather. Very quiet neighborhood with-in easy walking distance to downtown.
Jim and Julie are very gracious, kind and honest hosts. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Not apparent to us until we arrived is that you not only have a large living & dinning space, but also almost double that outside on a large lanai. Located in the heart of Kapaa, you are minutes from stores and a very short drive from Safeway or other grocery stores. The beach is also a short walk away and has a cement/asphalt walkway at least 4.5 miles long from which we saw whales breaching.
