A fire pit is available for S'mores and late night stories. Close to multiple outdoor activity options including: Ossipee Lake, Silver Lake, King Pine Ski Resort, Hiking Trails, Conway Area, and acres of town forests!

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
