This Provençal house of 180 square metres with TERRACE, totally renovated, is located in the heart of the old village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, close to all amenities and several sites of interest!
Very well equipped, this house will be perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends!
It can accommodate up to 9 people (+ a baby) in perfect comfort whatever the season, thanks to the air conditioning in all rooms.

This accommodation which extends over three levels, not counting the basement, is magnificent and very well equipped! You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay.

- The ground floor is composed of a living room with fireplace and television, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood, filter coffee maker and tassimo, kettle, toaster and refrigerator and a separate toilet.
- The ground floor is composed of a master suite with a 160 cm bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub and a 1 separate toilet.
- The second floor includes another bedroom with two twin 80 beds (160 bed) as well as a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
- Finally, the basement hosts a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a second refrigerator with a freezer part.

You can also come with a toddler or a baby, a travel cot, a high chair, a potty and a changing table, which are some of the facilities offered in this large family home.

You will also have a 40 square metre furnished TERRACE, where you can relax on the sun loungers or have your aperitifs and meals in peace on beautiful sunny days!

Note that you will have air conditioning in all rooms and that you will also have at your disposal: WIFI.

Passenger access
You will have access to the entire house.
Please note that the house has stairs that limit access to people with reduced mobility.

Other remarks
Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee to be paid upon arrival.

This additional service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.

The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the village centre!

Various bars, restaurants and shops are nearby and for your daily shopping, you will find the mini-market "Proxi Alimentation" 2 minutes walk away.

It is also located close to several places of interest, namely: the Maison du Chocolat et Cacao (3 minutes walk); the Town Hall of Roquebrune-sur-Argens (1 minute); the church of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul (2 minutes); and many more...

For fun, you can walk (15 minutes from the hotel) to the leisure centre of the Arena lake where you will find a private beach, restaurants and the Water Glisse Passion water park which offers in summer, fun water activities, minigolf and tree climbing.

You can go canoeing or kayaking on the Argens river and for the bravest go to the sea, or go on beautiful hikes around the Rocher de Roquebrune, from the top of which you will have a sublime view of the entire bay of Saint Raphaël.

Finally, the sea with its beaches and seaside resorts (Les Issambres, Saint Aygulf, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez) are only 15 minutes away by car, for the closest.
