Gîte de la Berre - SIGEAN

Famous for its wine, this wine-growing region awaits you to discover its terroir. The seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle and its beaches are just less than 10 minutes away, as is the lake where you can enjoy beautiful walks year-round. Many shops are nearby without having to drive (supermarkets, restaurants, wine cellar). On site, you'll enjoy a lovely sunny 36 m² terrace with garden furniture and a parasol where you can enjoy your meals and moments of relaxation. There is no private parking space, but you can leave your car in front of the gate. There is street parking available if you have a second car or for guests. This single-story, fenced cottage includes an air-conditioned living room with a sitting area (sofa bed, armchair, and TV), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, two coffee makers), and a dining area. The cottage features a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, giving direct access to the small terrace at the back. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds. A separate bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet. Electric heating in the bedrooms. Baby equipment available upon request. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Located in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park in the town of Sigean, you will be ideally situated to discover the jewel of the region through magnificent landscapes (ponds, lagoons, scrubland and wild beaches)
