Exclusive holiday apartment in Berlin's old building with private terrace
Spend your holiday in the heart of City West, in a beautiful old building from the 1900's. This comfortable apartment has a separate sleeping area and a modern fitted bathroom, an equipped kitchen is also included. You have direct access to your private terrace with seating. Internet, bed linen and towels, hair dryer are of course also present.
The apartment is located between City East and City West, the paths to all the sights are thus relatively short. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, small and large stores are located on the Tower Road. With the subway or bus to reach all the main sights of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz up to Alexanderplatz.

Goede ruimte in gehorig pand
Prima ruimte, netjes, schoon en compleet. Nette badkamer met fijne douche, thermostaatkraan en douchescherm. Kleine keuken maar genoeg ruimte voor boodschappen en te zorgen voor lekker ontbijt. Koken hebben we niet gedaan, maar had ook prima gekund. Goed bed. Enig nadeel was dat er voor ieder maar 1 hoofdkussen was. Mijn man heeft graag twee hoofdkussens ivm snurkbeperking. Prima zithoek en een tv waarop je op je eigen Netflix kon inloggen. Wat echt jammer was, is dat de de huizen gehorig zijn en de buren boven niet de stilste waren. Tot s avonds bijna tegen tien uur werd er nog geklust. We hebben letterlijk geen moment binnen gezeten zonder de buren te horen. Jammer, als je naast een bezoek aan de stad ook nog wat rust wilt hebben. Contact met eigenaar was overigens prima, hij reageerde snel op berichten en was compleet in zijn informatie

Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt
Zentral gelegen, ruhige Umgebung. Nahe der Spree, U-Bahn und Bus gut erreichbar. Problemlos einen Parkplatz in Gehnähe gefunden. Interessante Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Etwas dunkler Innenraum, da nur an der zimmerbreiten Front Fenster liegen. Praxisgerecht eingerichtet auch für die eigene Kocherei. Schnelles, stabiles Internet. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt im pulsierenden Berlin.

Sehr sauber, U-Bahn gut erreichbar, direkt nebenan nettes Café zum Frühstücken.
Im Winter leider trotz Heizung etwas kühl auf dem Sofa und Wasserstrahl in der Dusche nicht berauschend. Ist aber nur persönliches Empfinden.

Gute Lage in einem sehr netten nicht zu trubeligen Viertel mit einigen Lokalen zum Frühstücken und Essen. Durch fussläufige U-Bahn-Anbindung guter Ausgangspunkt Berlin zu besichtigen
