If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the heart of Berlin after an eventful day, you are welcome in our newly equipped apartment. Our apartment was set up in summer 2014. It is located in a quiet residential area about 800 meters from the Köpenick S-Bahn station. This you can easily cover on foot on the Wuhlewanderweg back. However, a bus will take you there in 3 minutes. The apartment is located separately in a detached house.
It has three rooms and is about 65 square meters. The bedroom has a double bed, living room and terrace are equipped with a sofa bed. In terrace rooms can comfortably enjoy your meals 6 people. In fine weather, the course will take place on the terrace. A swing invites you to relax.
The well equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. The apartment is very suitable for longer visits. We will then use the washing machine. In all rooms, the sun shines, depending on time of day. Children are welcome. For a cot, if necessary, two and a highchair available. The W-LAN access is free of charge.

Wonderful place to stay near Berlin

Comfortable for our family of four with two teenagers. Clean and quiet, enjoyed meal on the patio with the house cat, kitchen perfect for meal prep. Easy trip into Berlin for sightseeing. Close to grocery store, walking/biking trail. We definitely recommend this VRBO!

Nice appartement for families or small groups.

A nice appartement in a quiet neighborhood. Facilities are a little outdated but everything is in place and functional. The small terras is great for outside breakfast or diner. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with 5 grownups.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und doch nahe am Stadtkern von Köpenick, wo es eine sehr gute S-Bahnanbindung in die Innenstadt von Berlin gibt. Des weiteren biete sie alles, was man für ein entspanntes Frühstück oder Abendessen in heimischer Atmosphäre benötigt.Die Gastgeber sind immer für Fragen offen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, denn in Berlin gibt es noch viel zu entdecken!

Nach vollständiger Bezahlung über FeWo, wurde per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass wir die Übernachtung-Steuer (7,5%) nachträglich bar bezahlen sollten ( Für 5 Tage insgesamt 41,25 Euro). Die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, teilweise waren die Steckdosen nicht richtig in der Wand befestigt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut gelegen, sodass man schnell was kleines einkaufen konnte oder schnell zur S-Bahn kam.

Lage ist etwas außerhalb und ruhig. Wir wurden vorher sehr gut durch die Vermieter informiert wie das Vorgehen ist (welche Bahn zu nutzen ist. Busverbindung etc) Mit der Bahn sind alle Ziele ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Platz in der Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Verbesserungswürdig wäre die Sauberkeit und die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Aber alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Es war sauber und gemütlich. Einen Punkt Abzug gab es wegen einem sehr aktiven Hornissennest unmittelbar über der Haustür und der Tatsache, dass man uns darüber nicht vorgewarnt hat. Ein Allergiker hätte sich eine andere Bleibe suchen müssen.

Das tut uns sehr leid. Wir haben auch erst zu dieser Zeit gemerkt, dass es das Nest gibt und einen Fachmann damit beauftragt. Das dauerte leider einige Tage. Inzwischen ist Ruhe eingekehrt.

Sehr zufrieden.

Insgesamt alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Sehr nette Gastgeber, Ausstattung für 2 Erwachsene und Kleinkind sehr gut, hatten das, was wir benötigten. Einziger Punkt: die Spülmaschine war extrem schmutzig und verkrustet. Musste mehrfach vor Benutzung gereinigt werden.

Insgesamt sehr positive

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren nicht hervorragend, aber absolut ok für den Preis. Die Möglichkeit des sehr anonymen Check-in und -out war für uns perfekt. Wir hätten höchstens noch gerne mehr Informationen darüber gehabt, wie mit dem Müll zu verfahren sei. Die Lage ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahnhof etwas über 1km entfernt, was etwas Lauferei und Zeit erfordert, aber die versprochene Entspannung absolut ermöglicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und für 5 Personen schon etwas herausfordernd ;-) (nur eine Toilette), aber das wurde ja auch nicht verheimlicht. Insgesamt war es sehr passend für uns und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Ich kann es absolut weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit 6 Schlafplätzen Ein Schlafzimmer hat eine "eigene" Terrasse, für Raucher ideal. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, zum Essen hinsetzen kann man sich im Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort. Ich persönlich finde die Wohnung für 6 Personen zu klein, aber wir waren zu zweit und haben die Woche dort sehr genossen. Die S-Bahn Köpenick ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, von dort kommt man leicht überall hin.

Kurzes Resümee

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Bei Kleinigkeiten war der Vermieter sehr hilfreich. Allerdings ist man hier tatsächlich auf das Auto angewiesen. Zu diesem Objekt fährt weder ein Bus oder die Tram.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 300 m entfernt, die S-Bahn 900 m. Hier kommt man gut ohne Auto zurecht.

Eine Woche Berlin mit Familie

Die Ferienwohnung war für eine Woche Berlinaufenthalt/Stadttour gut. Preis/Leisungsverhältnis ok. ÖPNV gut zu erreichen (Bus in 7 Minuten). Sehr ruhige Gegend. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten.

Très bon séjour

Beaucoup de lieux à visiter en plus de Berlin, tels que Postdam, kopenic et autres.... De ce fait, le logement est très bien situé, calme et très confort. Nous recommandons, sachant que nous étions 5 adultes !
