I am originally from Texas and fell in love with the cooler summers, the mountain views, wildlife, slower pace of life along with all the natural beauty that SW Colorado offers.
Why they chose this property
The place is secluded, and peaceful. The balcony in the summer is a great place to hang out in the morning, and drink your coffee while Hummingbirds visit in the nearby feeders. We also have lots of wildlife come through our property from deer to black bears.
