We welcome you to Maison Adicio, our charming house located in Montpeyroux 34, a beautiful village in the south of France nestled in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards of the Hérault Valley. **House Overview** Our house, which spans three floors, is ideal for four people and can accommodate up to six thanks to a sofa bed. It comprises: * A large open-plan kitchen/living room. * Two air-conditioned double bedrooms. * Two bathrooms. * A garden and a mezzanine terrace offering mountain views.

* **The Ground Floor (The Cellar)**: A renovated former cellar with whitewashed walls and ceilings, this space houses the open-plan kitchen and living room, which opens directly onto our patio garden. An outdoor barbecue, a fireplace in the living room, and dining tables in both areas allow you to fully enjoy your stay, whatever the season.

* **The First Floor**: Here you will find the first double bedroom, adjoining a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This floor also features a spacious open area perfect for working, creating, or simply relaxing and reading. **The 2nd Floor (The Master Suite)**: This luxuriously renovated attic space is a true haven of peace. It includes a king-size bed, a freestanding bathtub, and a toilet. It is complemented by a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the foothills of the Cévennes and the Castellas, a perched ruin dating back to the 9th century. **Please note:** Although carefully renovated and safe, the staircase may present difficulties for people with reduced mobility. **The Village and the Region** Montpeyroux is at the heart of the "Terrasses du Larzac" appellation. The village is located approximately 60 km from Béziers airport and 50 km from Montpellier airports and train stations. Maison Adicio, whose earliest records date back to at least 1647, is located in the historic Dysse district. In just a three-minute walk, you can reach the village centre where you will find a delicatessen, a bar, an artisanal butcher, a tobacconist, and very soon, an artisanal bakery. You can also enjoy one of the best restaurants in the valley there. **Local Activities** **Vineyards and Gastronomy**: The village is home to more than 30 wineries and hosts a wine fair every year in April. We even have a craft brewery with a beer bar and weekly live music! PGJyPg * **Nature and Sport**: It's a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking and mountain biking trails start from the village centre. Road cyclists can tackle nearby Mont Baudille. The Cirque de Navacelles is a must-see. **Nearby:** Discover Lake Salagou and its red volcanic hills. **45 minutes away:** The Mediterranean coast offers its beaches.
