This modern and new apartment with the spacious terrace offers an unobstructed view of the sea. It is ideal for a family of 1, 2 children or 2 couples who want a central location for exploring the surrounding area and the beach (6 km away), but at the same time wanting some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in a newly built, modern complexwith its own pool.
It is new, sourced in 2017, and furnished as a former showroom with attention to detail by an interior designer.
The apartment in La Mairena / Elviria / Marbella is located six minutes from the highway exit Elviria in the mountains with spectacular views. Here is the startup fun. Car hire is a must.
The El Soto Golf Club, 500 meters away, can be used free of charge.
The new and recently opened apparatus is located in La Floresta Sur and allows you to use the facilities of El Soto, ie golf course, tennis, fitness, sauna and a clubhouse.
The two bedrooms have double beds with "Funda nordica", so right comforters with down. There is also an extra bed so that 5 people can stay overnight.
The closets are spacious. The master bedroom has access to the terrace from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The bathroom is "ensuite". One of the bathrooms has a bath, the other shower room.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with 3 different coffee machines (pad, classic and Italian mocha) and has a spacious fridge with freezer.
Wi-Fi is available and although fast fiber optic cable
There is a washing machine in the separate room to the kitchen, television with more than 280 channels and web interface and printer.
The large terrace offers great views and both a large table and a comfortable seating area.
The apartment has a parking space. The complex in which the apartment is located is closed and inaccessible from the outside.

Lovely apartment up in the mountains. Beautifully decorated, comfortable & great facilities. We enjoyed using the gym & pool. There is a washing machine which is useful. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great property for relaxed stay

We really loved this property, very cosy, very nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen- you get everything you need to cook during your stay! Beautiful terrace with amazing views over the mountains and partial sea views. This is our second time in La Floresta complex - it’s thoroughly maintained, everything works and problems resolved quickly. We also appreciated flexibility with the check-in time and smooth handling of the process. Will be back again!

Trés agréable et bel appartement dans un environnement calme

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances dans l'appartement de Svenja qui est très bien équipé et décoré. Il est très agréable à vivre au quotidien, avec notamment la climatisation et un très grand balcon ombragé sur lequel nous avons pris l'intégralité de nos repas. Location irréprochable.

Un séjour parfait - A perfect stay

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer nos vacances d'été dans ce superbe appartement. La description et les photos reflètent totalement la réalité des lieux. Cet endroit est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et le sport. En effet, ce n'est pas pour rien que le site se nomme la Costa del Golf ! Pour tous les amateurs de cette activité, c'est idéalement bien placé. L'appartement en lui même est très bien équipé, bien insonorisé, climatisé, fonctionnel. Machine à Nespresso, lave vaisselle, four, tout y est pour passer un agréable moment. Personnellement, seul le matelas m'a semblé trop dur, mais ceci est une affaire de goût. La piscine est grande et l'espace autour permet de bien se reposer. La mer est à 15 minutes en voiture, à avoir obligatoirement, comme les commerces ce qui est le seul point négatif. Svenja est adorable et à l'écoute de nos questions. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! ------- We had the pleasure of spending our summer holidays in this beautiful apartment. The description and photos fully reflect the reality of the place. This place is perfect for those looking for calm and sport. Indeed, it is not for nothing that the site is called the Costa del Golf! For all lovers of this activity, it is ideally placed. The apartment itself is very well equipped, well soundproofed, air conditioned, functional. Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, everything is there to have a good time. Personally, only the mattress seemed too hard, but this is a matter of taste. The pool is large and the space around allows to rest well. The sea is 15 minutes by car, to be obligatorily, like the shops which is the only negative point. Svenja is adorable and attentive to our questions. We will be back without hesitation!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ojén. Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber und bietet genügen Platz für vier Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass wir jeden Tag kochen konnten. Unser Leben spielte sich aber fast ausschließlich auf der Terasse ab. Oder im Pool, den wir jeden Morgen genossen haben. Oder am Strand. Einzig die Rasensprenger, die ab frühmorgens ständig den Rollrasen wässern, nervten am Anfang etwas. Trotzdem würden wir hier sofort wieder Urlaub. machen.

Famille de 4 personnes avec deux petites filles de 8 ans. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Schönes Schwimmbad vorhanden. Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie Golf und Tennis sind in der Nähe. Besonders schön ist der Meeresblick. Das Feriendomizil werde ich immer weiter empfelen.

Wonderful apartment with nice sea view

We´ve been there for 5 days and it was a wonderful vacation. The apartment has a nice sea view, and is very stylish and clear. There are a big pool and tennis courts nearby in a pretty good quality. We will surely visit this apartment again!

Voor kwaliteit, genieten en rust zou ik zo weer boeken!

De omgeving is prachtig op zo'n 6 km afstand van het dorpje Elviria, lekker hoog in de bergen met mooi uitzicht. De weg is even wennen, maar prima te doen. Appartement is nieuw, met alle benodigdheden voor een fijn verblijf. De verhuurster is lief en aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. Wij verbleven er met 3 kinderen en die hadden het heerlijk naar hun zin in het zwembad. Wij kwamen er heerlijk tot rust. Geen lawaai, verkeerslawaai of andere hinder, behalve de natuur en het geluid van krekels. Ik zou zo terug willen gaan.
