Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful, bright living area of approximately 45 m², open onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or enjoy the outdoor table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, arranged as follows:

- Bedroom 1 l on the ground floor l a double bed (140x190 cm), a storage wardrobe and a television.

- Bedroom 2 l upstairs l a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a storage wardrobe and a sea view.

- Bedroom 3 l upstairs l a double bed (140x190 cm), a storage wardrobe and access to a balcony with sea view.

- Bedroom 4 l upstairs l two single beds (90x190 cm) and access to a balcony with sea view.



You will have two bathrooms with a shower, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. Two independent toilets complete the set.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal in the garage.



You will easily be able to park your vehicles in front of the house.
