Small house with living room dining room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. A mezzanine with 1 bed of 140 and flat screen TV + a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds of 90 in the entrance hallway. A bathroom with new shower, sink and toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture with sea view, private numbered parking behind the residence. Cellar with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Pets allowed. Free wifi connection. Labelled 1 Clévacances key.
The end of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
