un appartement très propre et très bien situé… seul ennui majeur pour un dormeur léger : la soufflerie continue dans la chambre de l’étage côté cour et la taille de guêpe pour entrer et sortir de la douche à l’étage toujours. quand ces travaux seront réalisés ce sera parfait !
