In a quiet side street, yet centrally located, a beautiful apartment is waiting for your visit. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is equipped with all amenities. A very comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with dining area make for a pleasant stay. Of course there is also a fast internet with Wi-Fi, and cable TV with 150 national and international broadcasters but we also offer Netflix.

You can reach the center in a short walk or by underground / tram.
Also from the airport or main train station it is easy to get to the apartment.

The close surrounding is a vivid place with the historic Karmeliter Market or the Augarten palace.

Great stay

We had a lovely week in Vienna and the apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It’s closeness to U4 and 2 other stations made it super convenient. Bernd was very responsive to all my questions and provided many dining suggestions.

Well located apartment

Ideally located for a self-catering stay. Easy and quick access to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Simple links using public transport to the variety of delights on offer in Vienna.

Great apartment

Great apartment and location, at walking distance from tram and undergound stations yet in a nice and quiet area off from the crowded Vienna center. Spatious, fitted out with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Awesome hosts, communicated promptly and were friendly, supportive and helpful at all times. We'll keep the apartjent in mind for future Vienna stays. A warm thank you to our hosts!

Comfortable apartment in nice neighbourhood

Ground floor apartment, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location a few minutes from 2 U-Bahn stations, or15-20 minutes walk from city centre. Beautiful Augarten 5 minutes walk, Karmelitermarkt 2 minutes. Good local shops and restaurants. Very easy communication with the owner. I thoroughly recommend it.

Good location close to the city centre

Our few days in the apartment were very enjoyable. A 15 minute stroll to the city centre and with lots of facilities nearby, the apartment really suited us. The bedroom is very spacious, the bed so comfortable. The livingroom is generous with a super sofa bed. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

First Vienna visit

Vienna friends talked about the area of the apartment and they were right. The comfortable apartment is close to U-Bahn, grocery stores, Skopik & Lohne restaurant. Quiet area and building. Responsive host who helped with taxis to and from the apartment. Had what we needed in the kitchen for a 5 night stay when we just prepared breakfasts.

beautiful vienna

once we got our head around the district, the property was easy to find and the metro was only a 5 minute walk away. once on the metro it was easy to get to wherever we needed to go and we were even to walk to places like the Hofburg. lots of nice bars and cafes around and aldi supermarket close by if needed. Property has a dishwasher but no washing machine that we could see. all in all a lovely stay.

An excellent apartment. Well located with access to 3 supermarkets and transport options for moving around Vienna The apartment was warm and comfortable, equipped with all necessary conveniences. The host responded to questions quickly, amicably and with some detail. We would have welcomed some introductory information on arrival. A quality apartment in a most livable city.

A lovely apartment in a lovely neighborhood

Bernd was super helpful and flexible with us as we made our way to Vienna. We were able to checkin early since the previous visitors left early. The space was comfortable and warm, clean and well stocked. Walking distance to all transport, or even to many major attractions. We loved eating at Schönn Perle after a long day, and getting coffee at ihana in the morning, both a block away! Plenty in the neighborhood we weren't able to do because they were always busy - a sign we need to come back soon :)

Top Wohnung in einer absoluter Top Lage

Es hat alles gepasst, von der FeWo erreicht man alles in kurzer Zeit wie U-Bahn Anbindung , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.! Auch zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter! Die Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Alles perfekt!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, und damit zum Zentrum, war perfekt. Mehrer Bäcker, ein Discounter und der sehr empfehlenswerte Karmelitermarkt waren gleich um die Ecke. Die kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und fragen und wünsche wurden sofort und einfach gelöst. Vielen dank für diesen tollen Urlaub in Wien.

Schön und sehr sauber!

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und alles war sehr sauber! Genügend Handhandtücher und Geschirrhandtücher waren vorhanden. Die Küche ist funktionsfähig ausgestattet. Wir haben zweimal Abends gekocht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für die Spülmaschine waren genügend Spültabs vorhanden. Hofer und Spar sind direkt ums Eck. Wir waren zu dritt dort, das Sofa haben wir als Bett genutzt. Um das Sofa tagsüber zu nutzen mussten wir es tagsüber umbauen, was etwas umständlich war. Ein zusätzliches Bett im Wohnzimmer (ist großzügig geschnitten) wäre komfortabler gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Haus sieht nicht einladend auss, doch die Wohnung: stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ums Eck, Karmelitermarkt, Bäckereien, Cafés und Gasthäuser. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss.

Mein Mann und ich waren Mitte Juni eine Woche in Bernds Apartment. Besonders positiv empfanden wir den sehr großzügigen Schnitt, aber auch alles andere hat gestimmt. Obwohl es draußen sehr heiß war, war die Temperatur innen sehr angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen mögen und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Würde ich wieder machen

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mit U-Bahn wie auch Straßenbahn alles super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und doch relativ ruhig. Super sauber und auch abends mag man sich auf die Couch setzten und ekelt sich nicht vor dem was man nicht sieht. Auch bei Anfragen zur Wohnung oder Ablauf der Schlüsselübergabe hatte ich immer super schnell eine Antwort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, TOP.

einmal im Leben nach Wien…

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Wien, die Lage der Fewo ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Um einen ersten Touri-Eindruck von Wien zu bekommen haben wir uns mit unserer 75-jährigen Mutter die BigBus-Stadtrundfahrt geleistet. Stephansdom, Belvedere, Botsnischer Garten, und Donauinsel haben wir uns direkt angesehen… und ein Besuch vom Prater mit dem Riesenrad musste auch sein. Die 5Tage in Wien waren viel zu schnell um… Danke lieber Bernd für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check In/ Check Out‘

Immer wieder gerne!

Beginnend mit der sehr freundlichen, schnellen Kommunikation, über das völlig problemlose Einchecken, die sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage (tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe) bis hin zu den komfortablen Betten. Unser Aufenthalt über Weihnachten und Silvester war 100% gelungen. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen!
