Spacious basement apartment with large windows and electric blinds in the residential Margareten neighborhood. Adriano was a great host—very responsive and offered helpful recommendations.The apartment is tidy with a comfortable king bed, nice shower, and fast wifi. Self check-in was seamless with clear instructions sent ahead to navigate the building courtyard and find the unit. The kitchenette is set up for breakfast—small mini fridge, espresso machine, electric kettle, some utensils, and a few dishes (no cooking). Hangers provided but no drawer space. Minimal bedding.Location is convenient: grocery stores (Billa, Penny) steps away, many food options nearby, 10-15 min walk to the U-Bahn, and about 30 minutes on foot or a short ride to Innere Stadt and main tourist sites. You’re in a quiet courtyard away from street noise, though occasional faint rumble from the construction outside. Good value for a well-located, comfortable base in Vienna.

Nice accommodation with a great host

The check-in progress was smooth and the property owner was really kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and we got as much as we paid for.
