About this property

The Strandläufer, completely renovated in 2017, can accommodate up to 10 people in five separate bedrooms. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room (with large flat screen TV) and a spacious terrace incl. Grill complete the offer for a well-deserved Baltic Sea vacation. Our house is called "Sandpiper" because you can watch these cute birds on Behrensdorfer Strand and in the surrounding nature reserves. In addition, you can walk wonderfully from your holiday accommodation to the beach: after only 1.5 km you can keep your feet in the Baltic Sea!

3,5 Sterne ...

Insgesamt können wir die vielen 5 Sterne Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Haus ist groß, es bietet viel Platz, ausreichend Geschirr und Sitzmöglichkeiten für 10 Personen. Dem ganzen Haus fehlt es aber etwas an Gemütlichkeit und Hochwertigkeit. Es wirkt ein wenig wie eine große Junggesellenbude. Zudem sind einige Möbelstücke in die Jahre gekommen oder defekt (div. Nachttischlampen). Die Lattenroste und Matratzen sind sehr einfach gehalten und nichts für empfindliche Rücken. Aus dem Keller, der nicht zu schließen ist, stieg ein unangenehmer, leicht muffiger Geruch. An Hundebesitzer der Hinweis, dass das Grundstück zwar schön groß, aber eben nicht eingezäunt ist. Da das Haus an der Durchfahrtsstraße durch den Ort liegt, muss man hier immer entsprechend wachsam sein. Gefehlt hat uns auch etwas wie eine „Hausanleitung“ aus der bspw. die Zeiten der Müllabfuhr etc. hervorgehen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Der Strand vor Ort ist sehr schön und gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Für eine junge Reisegruppe ist das Haus sicherlich gut, für uns als 3-Generationen-Familie hat es leider einige Wünsche offen gelassen. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 3,5 Sterne geben. Da dies nicht möglich ist und wir trotz allem eine schöne Zeit dort hatten, geben wir 4…
