Cozy vacation home in De Haan, WLAN free, parking, 2023 bathroom renovation!!!

The house is located on the Belgian North Sea coast in De Haan.
The exclusive thing about De Haan is its beach promenade. At that time, the Belgian king decreed that a certain height of the buildings there must not be exceeded. As a result, De Haan has retained its extraordinary flair.
It is rightly considered the most beautiful Belgian coastal town. Beautiful half-timbered houses, wonderful beach, dunes, hiking and biking trails through fields and forests.

Not only De Haan, but also the holiday home itself creates an unforgettable holiday atmosphere thanks to its loving furnishings and its quiet location.
The house is suitable for several people (up to 6 people) - also with children, as well as for lonely - or Togetherness is ideal.
In the immediate vicinity there are 2 supermarkets (100-150m away). The town center is 800m away. The beautiful long sandy beach can be easily reached on foot (900m). Here you can also enjoy the beautiful dune landscape during an extensive walk.

The house is located in Villa Park 2.
There is a parking space in front of the house.
The house was completely renovated from January to March 2017.
In March 2018, the entire terrace, the slabs around the house and the parking space were redesigned.
In the course of 2019, several modernization measures were also carried out, such as B. a new, large, permanently installed electric awning with LED light that spreads the evening nice cozy light.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed.
The second bedroom (children's room) is equipped with a bunk bed (90x200cm).
In the open living / dining area there is an extendable dining table (2 additional plates attached under the table) which offers space for up to 6 people.

The kitchen was completely renewed in March 2017.

A staircase leads from the living / dining area to a cozy mezzanine (gallery). There is a large open bedroom with a large bed (180x200cm in total consisting of 2 x 90 mattresses). The roof window was also renewed in March 2017 and, provided that the blackout blind has not been closed, you can look into the starry sky.
When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the newly redesigned terrace in March 2018. There is also an outside grill.
