This condo could have been lovely but there were a multitude of safety issues that limited our experience. The railing on the deck was very loose so we couldn’t use it as a family with a toddler , the carpet in the living room is coming up and my daughter injured her foot on the exposed carpet tacks, the switch on the lamp in the first bedroom is broken and so we unplugged it for fear that someone might get a shock, the glass door in the shower in the master bedroom is broken and we were careful not to use it for fear of it shattering and possibly causing severe injury. There is no shade on the living room slider the afternoon sun was brutal ( obviously not a safety issue). I messaged the management twice and never heard a response. Nice place if they fix the safety concerns.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Nothing about this rental felt "new." There were multiple broken or poorly maintained items throughout the apartment: the fireplace didn't work, the garage keypad was very temperamental, several light fixtures were broken, and some window shades were literally taped onto the windows. When we first arrived, we had to stand outside in the cold on the phone with the rental company trying to get the garage open, with hungry and tired kids waiting in the car - not a great start to the weekend. Cleanliness was also an issue. Some of the towels hanging in the bathrooms had obvious, crusty stains on them and we immediately had to look for replacements. Unfortunately there were very few extra towels, blankets, or pillowcases, available. There are also many rules about removing shoes and snow gear before entering the unit, which is understandable, but there is nowhere practical to put anything - no shoe mat, bench, or hooks by the door - making it inconvenient, especially with kids and ski gear. The unit did have the basics, and the location is great for skiing. However, given the nightly price, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry the start of your weekend was frustrating, especially having to sort out the garage access in the cold with kids in the car. That’s not the arrival experience we want for our guests.
Keypads can be a bit finicky in very cold temperatures, but we have since addressed that to help prevent it from happening again.
For future stays, please feel free to reach out during your visit if anything feels off. We’re always happy to send the cleaners back or address maintenance concerns right away to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
We’ve reviewed and taken care of the other items mentioned as well. We take feedback seriously and are committed to keeping the home in great condition for our guests.
This place was perfect for my family. Kitchen is very well stocked. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, close to great amenities (hot tub, swimming pool, gym… even sledding hill!). Very cozy, heating worked perfectly fine and bedding was also warm enough for coldest months of the year. Check in and out was fast with easy to follow instructions. Kudos to the cleaning crew…everything was super clean too. Thank you for making a 5-star stay!
