Country house 8 people comfortable, large swimming pool
Located in the heart of Perigord Noir(30km from Sarlat, 15km from Eyzies, 3km from Limeuil, 5km from Le Bugue.Very quiet you will enjoy a traditional stone house, modern comfort and well appointed. You also have a large swimming pool and a park of 10 hectares. Our estate is ideally located between the Dordogne valley and the Vezere valley. Shops and many tourists sites nearby.

With a total surface of 180m2 organized on 2 levels
The house offers in DRC:
A spacious kitchen and pantry all equipped large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven,microwave, induction hob, coffee maker etc
A large living room with two sofas, coffee table, armchairs and tv.
The first floor consisting of:
A large double bedroom(160 cm bed)storage
A second large room (bed 140 cm and two single beds 90cm)
They share a large bathroom with a large Italian shower sink and toilet
A third and very large double room (bed160cm) with its own bathroom
Independent toilet complete the floor
Outdoors:
Private pool 6x14 m. The swimming pool is secured with alarm.
Covered terrace consisting of a living room with sofa and armchairs
Outdoor terrace with large table and barbeque
An independent shower room with wc and sink
