The house was clean and spacious. Having 3 full size bathrooms was great! Great access to down town Indy and with a gas station next door we always had hot coffee. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

We have stayed in this house at Thanksgiving for two years now. It's in a convenient location, the host is accommodating, and the house is well equipped. The little fenced yard is perfect for our dogs.

Excellent guest but I’m not sure if they understand that a four star rating signifies some sort of displeasure. It does not signify that this property belongs in the same category as the downtown Westin in Cincinnati or the Conrad—nor does a five star rating turn it into a Canyon Ranch or the Four Seasons Hotel equivalent. Not providing snarky commentary here just trying to educate. The star system is much like the star system for your Uber driver or an Amazon product or what have you. If you were pleased and want others to stay here and want to return yourself, then the appropriate rating is five stars. I will relinquish my soapbox now.

Stocked for a three day stay but went through 3/4 of a roll of paper towels in less than 48 hours— not really ready for three people to go through that much paper towels in less than two days. I do always find a way to utilize feedback even when I don’t necessarily agree with it.
