It comprises a bright and spacious living room with direct access to a 12 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a griddle. Living/dining room with television. Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and coffee maker.
A sleeping area with two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and a small dressing room, and another with a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe. A bathroom with washing machine and separate WC.

Private parking - shared bicycle storage and a few visitor parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING RENTAL.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED - Cleaning, bed linen, beds made, towels, cot and high chair, stroller... Available upon request.
