Bien avec quelques bémols

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons cet appartement. Il est très bien situé (plage, commerces...) et la place de parking est un plus. Néanmoins, il mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. La bonde de douche se bouche, rien n'est fait depuis des années. Le pommeau fuyait l'année dernière, il n'a pas été changé. Le frigo est en fin de vie, il tourne presque H24 (bonjour l'écologie !). Enfin la literie est bonne à changer. Mettre de la mousse sous les matelas ne les rends pas plus confortables

Très bon emplacement et studio très fonctionnel (nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs en ces jours de canicule). Grande facilité pour récupérer/rendre les clés. Bonus pour le ménage de fin de séjour!
