The house includes a large living room facing the jacuzzi with a bar, TV lounge, barbecue, summer kitchen, plancha grill. Inside: equipped kitchen, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area, small lounge, 2 bedrooms and 2 mezzanine bedrooms, master bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Outside: bar with a large table for 12 people, lounge overlooking the pool with a small children's pool, shower and outdoor toilet. Then, facing the pool: studio with 1 large bedroom with a 180/200 bed, mezzanine with a 160/200 bed, shower, toilet and kitchenette with fridge. For your relaxation, enjoy the 5-person jacuzzi in this ideally located villa. Everything is within walking distance: a cycle path in front of the house, the high street of Monta with all its shops and restaurants 150m away, the irreplaceable daily Monta bus service 200m away, and the main beach at the end of the street. Land sailing is available at the Place des Cirques. This villa is ideal for families.

Nous rentrons de cette dernière semaine d août avec nos 3 enfants de 25, 25 et 17 ans, la maison est juste parfaite. Tout est réuni pour des vacances idéales. Tout d abord la localisation, 3 mn du marché, 3mn de la plage..la maison propose toutes les prestations adéquates. Plancha, piscine à 29. Le jacuzzi est top! Chacun peut profiter d un espace intime et se retrouver dans les parties communes, pensées pour partager de bons moments de convivialité. Les lits sont faits à la arrivée!Dominique est un hôte très sympathique et fait tout ce qu il faut pour que le séjour se passe à merveille, y compris pour nous partager quelques bonnes adresses pour dîner a Montalivet.Nous gardons deja l adresse pour l année prochaine.Un grand merci pour ces vacances qui cochent toutes les cases!

Dominique est un hôte très accueillant et sa maison est très idéalement placée !! Piscine et jacuzzi au top ! Beaucoup de chambres mais attention pas toutes adaptées aux très jeunes enfants (mezzanine). La climatisation sera un plus pour les nuits très chaudes. Cuisine très bien fournie, très grand frigo (assez bruyant car fait eau froide, glaçon et glace pilée). Terrasse de la piscine bien équipée avec parasols et transat, ne glisse pas car en bois. Une super cuisine extérieure pratique pour l’été. Nous avons séjourné en famille, et repartons avec de beaux souvenirs dans cette maison !! Réservez sans hésiter !
