The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull the sheets and pillow cases from the beds that were slept in (not the mattress covers) and leave them on the floor of the room they were in. Fold the comforters and leave on the bed.
Leave used towels in the bathtubs. Take the kitchen and bathroom trash out to the garbage cans. Start the dishwasher. Check out time is 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family Holiday Getaway

Perfect home for our 4 softball families!!

Lynette was great to communicate quickly and was very accommodating. We were in Cedar City for a 14u softball tournament. We had 4 families stay there and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room, all supplies needed to make meals, and plenty of hot water for everyone to shower at once. Would stay here again!!

Perfect place to stay for our team racing the Legacy off road race! Super comfy and lots of room! Loved that we could cook together, enjoy great company and still have plenty of private space! The beds were like clouds!

Perfect Home for our Large Group!

What an amazing home! Everything was perfect! We had a group of 15 people and everyone had plenty of room. The house is immaculately clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and worry free. Better than a 5 star hotel! We will be booking again.

We stayed at this location for a college prep camp. The house was clean and the high school age children loved it! We had both boys and girls with a total of 12 staying. It fit our group well.

Excellent stay in Cedar City

We rented the house for a week and found it very comfortable and perfect for our home base while visiting the national parks in the area. The house is large, well maintained and well supplied with all the amenities in the listing. The communication with the owner was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet. We had easy access to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and everything else we needed. We had a great experience!

PERFECT WINTER WONDERLAND!!

The property was AMAZING as described in the online photos. Actually, the pictures are great but seeing the property in person is much better than the pictures, the pictures don't do the property justice. We stayed for 4 nights, we had a total of 13 people, 3 families in total and we all felt like we had our own area(s) to relax and came together for family meals and family games. The location was also perfect for our snow activities in Brian Head. Maybe, 30-40 min away depending on the weather. Every detail of the stay was top notch, The house is beautifully decorated. The owner was very attentive for any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as through our stay. We will definitely stay there again in the future!! Thank you Lynette and Dan for letting us stay on your wonderful property!! Happy New Year!!

A beautiful property with everything needed for a large group.

This house is perfect for a large group. It is well cared for. clean and comfortable and is easy to get to. Our extended family stayed for two nights while we attended a funeral nearby. We were grateful to be all together during this difficult time.Lynette is an excellent host and was very helpful.
