A unique and charismatic home with a 150ft of sandy beachfront. Located on hoopers bay with your very own private dock, this property is located10 minutes from the airport, grocery stores and restaurants.

The main family room features custom built state of the art kitchen with high end appliances, wine cooler, ice maker, and a pass-through window to the deck for outdoor dining or to just sit at and absorb the view. It is fully equipped with everything you would want to find in a kitchen and includes a walk-in pantry.

Both the dining room and the deck offer handmade dining tables that seat ten, panoramic views of the ocean and easy access to the kitchen.

After dinner you can close the night out on the deck, just lie back gazing out into the beautiful night sky far away and finding peace after a wonderful day in the sun.

The best house in Exuma

We had an amazing stay at O’Sea Beach House. The house is very well stocked. Property manager was very responsive. The house is in the perfect location and it so convenient to have a dock. The house is absolutely beautiful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The O’Sea house is absolutely Fantastic. The pictures on listing really don’t so show custom the house is. Well stocked with just about anything you would need for the Beach or Fun in the Sun. Very special house and Fabulous location.

Perfect Home for Family Vacation

Beautiful home with Everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Hoopers Bay is the perfect location on the island. We enjoyed the back porch with its amazing view. The home has upgraded appliances, ice maker, internet, and a private beach and pier. All the amenities and more. We enjoyed using the kayaks at sunset and playing corn hole in the back yard. Absolutely amazing experience! I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Exuma. It felt like home away from home in paradise!

This is a beautiful, understated elegant, comfortable home- truly designed for family gatherings! The beach is perfect, wide and calm waters. It’s true! Turtles daily/all day- friendly! This home recently changed hands and I believe the new owners will upgrade any worn items that we noted (didn’t affect our stay- just needs a little attention to detail and some attention wear and tear on items) Overall a beautiful property!

Absolute Oasis!

This home is everything it describes and so much more. The back porch is the perfect place to enjoy coffee as well as drinks and dinner. The location is perfect to enjoy the whole island and the amenities provided make it “turn key”. The kitchen made it incredibly easy to make full dinners and having access to commercial outside grill and boat dock was the icing on the cake. We can’t say enough about the Property Management company. They went above and beyond to make sure every need was addressed. Endalyn and Creighton make a top notch team. We will be back!

We recently stayed here and overall had a good experience. Edelyn, the caretaker, was amazing — very quick to reply and super helpful, which made everything easier.The location is great: close to the airport and grocery stores, and a short boat ride to the Coconut Club and Chat ‘n’ Chill. The private boat dock made renting a boat simple, and we loved having coolers and an ice machine for our trips. The guidebook was handy and the AC worked very well.A few things to note: there’s no pool, which we knew but did miss. The house layout is a bit awkward, which we were aware of but wasn’t our favorite. The beach in front is pretty but had many visitors asking about the turtles that used to be there — sadly, they’re gone due to a recent shark incident.Inside, the kitchen could use some updates. The open shelves were dusty, the cookware was very old and gross, and the mix of dishes felt mismatched. Some appliances didn’t work well — the coffee maker left grounds, the Nespresso was finicky, and the toaster only worked on one side. The towels could use refreshing, too. Reusable grocery bags would be a nice touch since stores don’t provide bags.We’ve been to Eleuthera many times and wanted to try something new. While we likely wouldn’t book this house again, it served its purpose and Edelyn’s help and the location were definite highlights.

Everyone was very accommodating and responsive. The home was amazing. Perfect for a group of friends looking to have a good time. Great way to experience island life. It was a treat to have a private beach, dock, tiki hut, and added surprise of sea turtles.

We loved this house and will be back! The house was beautiful and well equipped. It had everything from a cooler (with ice machine) to games. It was clean and comfortable. The beach and location were perfect. We swam with sea turtles right off of the dock daily.
