We love it...

A very god sized apartment with a nice terrasse. Here and there is minor repairs needed. BUT the apartment is in fact - more or less - the best placed in the complex. We got very good service from the orner and his lokal helpers. We will love to come back.

Saubere Apartmentanlage in guter Lage

Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war von Anfang bis zum Ende stets freundlich und zeitnah. Die Einrichtung im Apartment ist zweckmäßig aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Übergabe erfolgte in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr sauber und überwiegend ruhig.

Disappointing apartment, in disrepair and in no hurry to fix it as the we had the same problems people where experiencing previously on HomeAway reviews !!

General condition of this apartment was very disappointing and in a bad state of disrepair- eg kitchen unit doors missing, headboard missing from bed (lying at side), shower head faulty and falling from wall, glass fronted drawers in bedroom all broken, stained pillows (blood), bar stool broken, patio table leg broken, patio doors broken .... and many many more poor maintenance issues. Noisy morning till night due to 3 restaurants below and no double glazing

Pros.......We loved the location, nice balcony with sun beds, table and chairs. The pool area was great plenty of sun beds, pool attendant and clean toilet. All public areas clean and tidy The apartment had plenty dishes and glasses Cons....... bathroom was very dated, shower was broken which resulted in the shower head spray going straight of the far wall. Kitchen drawers were broken No bulbs working in most of the lights No ironing board cover Only one room made up because it was only booked for two people Only one bath and one hand towel per person Only one set of keys, you needed these to access and leave the pool area, so couldn’t have one person at the pool while the other went out.

Excellent roomy apartment close to all the facilities.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely block of apartments. The pool is excellent. The area is very peaceful but only 5 minutes away from restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes. We had a small issue when the hot water failed but the maintenance team rectified the issue within 24 hours.
