Nice apartment in Červar-Porat, 200 m from the beach

I rent my apartment in Červar-Porat near Poreč, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, Croatia. The apartment has 38 m2. It goes over two floors. On the lower floor is the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedroom is on the upper floor. There is also a small separate toilet with a sink. There are two balconies. One looks to the street and the beach. From there you can also see the car parked in the public car park. The other balcony faces south and from there you can see the sea. The apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. The bed on the upper floor is 1.60 m wide and comfortable. On the lower floor there is a pull-out sofa that can accommodate another two people. The apartment is newly renovated. Bathroom and toilet are completely new.
Červar-Porat is very family-oriented. There are a couple of nice cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets. The public bathing beach is made of natural gravel and only 200 m from the apartment. Right and left of the place there are beautiful and clean natural beaches. From Červar-Porat you can go jogging or cycling very well. Nature is beautiful and the climate is temperate.
