Welcome to Dolphin Cove! There are beds for 24 people in this courtyard retreat home, with a private pool. As you enter the two-level screened porch you will be able to spread out in the ten bedrooms, with four separate entrances that are all connected within the screened porch. You can make the sleeping arrangements the best for your group! On the gulf side of the porch and courtyard are two masters with king size beds and private baths. A living area with a TV separates the two. Upstairs, you will find a king in one room, and two twin bunks in the other. On the laguna side, the living, dining, and chef's kitchen encompass the whole first floor. The kitchen has 2 microwaves, 2 ovens and an 8 burner stove, with everything you need to cook your meals. Upstairs, find another king bed and a twin/queen bunk. The carriage houses over the garage contain two queens, two twins, and a twin over queen bunk. You will find free high speed wireless internet and TV's in every room. Two sets of washers and dryers are available for your convenience. Nothing beats a dip in the pool, enjoying morning coffee on the patio or evenings around the fire pit overlooking the lovely neighborhood lighted walkway. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $75/pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
If you want to join the neighbors, feel free to walk just a few feet to one of the two heated/cooled community pools.

NEW ADD ON: One NEMA 14-50 50 amp 240V receptacle for portable EV charging is available free of charge for guests. Guests must bring their own portable charging cords

**3 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!
**2 minutes from brand new Newport Dunes Arnold Palmer Links course on the Gulf
**5 minutes from the grocery store and all downtown boutiques and you are able to shop 'till you drop

The neighborhood is also right on the 11th street trolley route to take you around town in yet another fun way to get around!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) VW68 provides 8 paved parking spaces. If you rent a golf cart, that will count as a vehicle.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
