Come back to the house to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. Easily get a golf cart dropped off to drive on the boardwalk back and forth to the house. Massive living/kitchen/dining area, great house for large groups. Game room with pool table and full kitchenette attached to the pool deck. We had an outstanding stay. Home was beautiful and pool and hot tub were great. Charlie was a great host and helpful throughout the stay. There is great access to the beach and nice views from the home. I liked that the family/ room and kitchen are on the third floor with very nice view of the ocean.

This is a brand new, custom, 3800sf beach house with amazing ocean views, huge balconies, spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful pool and spa. There was no expense spared to make this one of the best houses on the island. The beaches are less crowded than most areas in Port Aransas and the neighborhood is hard to beat.
