Named Bella Vista; this lovely and comfortable seven bedroom; 6.5 bath lies within Port A's prestigious Banyan Beach community. The almost seamless integration of outside and inside makes this the picture perfect place to enjoy a tropical vacation The stately home sits among other similarly noteworthy homes in a private neighborhood tucked behind the Dunes. The open floor plan invites you to hang out and relax while watching TV; playing a match of shuffleboard or play a hand of cards at the card table while enjoying the AMAZING Ocean Views. The spacious fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal after a day in the sun. Plenty of seating at either dining table with a combined seating of 20. The breakfast bar offers additional seating. One of the intriguing aspects of Bella Vista is that it offers six master bedrooms (all with king beds); flat screen TV's and private en-suite full size bathrooms. The seventh bedroom is a spacious bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa available in the family room on the first floor. Two of the master bedrooms and bunk bedroom are located on the first floor. A powder bathroom is located on the first floor as well. A kitchenette is on the first level for casual snacks and cold drinks. Additional four master bedrooms are located on the second level. The washer and dryer are located on the second level. Enjoy the Cool Ocean Breezes off the Gulf Coast on the private balcony's. The private boardwalk to the beach is directly behind Bella Vista. Steps from your door you can enjoy the private beach walkover and private pool. By the pool outdoor BBQ center with attached bar to support the cooks. There is an outdoor shower to freshen up after a trip to the beach; before a dip in the pool or heading inside. Beautiful house but communication could be a lot better.

The house was behind beautiful and the location was perfect! Now there was a few things that were a little bothersome. The trash cans were half way full so they were overflowing when we needed to throw our trash. We attempted to rent the go cart but the property manager never assisted us with getting the keys. The fridge does take 24 hours to get cool so that was a little challenging if you’re there for 2 full days. But we loved the pool and the common area because all of us got to enjoy each others company with the amount of space. And the beach is walking distance!

Bella Luna is amazing!

This place has it all! Lovely rooms, beautiful kitchen. Great place for a large group. The pool is just right for a group; not too big, not too small. Very close to the beach! Loved the balconies for an incredible view of the Gulf. Hope to rent this house and the house next door for our next family gathering.

Lovely home - communication poor with property mgmt

Great house, lots of stairs since the kitchen and family are is on the 3rd. We had no cable/internet service our ENTIRE 3-night stay. Called several times about it but nothing got resolved - so no TV for the men in the group wanting to watch golf or news. There were several coffeemakers in the pantry but not a single one had a carafe to make it in. Guest services did bring a new coffeemaker the next morning. We still had a great time regardless.

Nice property, great location, poorly managed

Nice house with a beach view. Large enough for our group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers. Most of the exterior doors were broken and would not latch without engaging the deadbolt. Zero communication through Vrbo. I had to call customer service a few times to be put in touch with the property manager. Inquiries placed though the Vrbo app were left unanswered. We had a good time but not sure if we would stay here again however it’s hard to find properties with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so close to the beach.
