The outdoor area is also well organized and allows for group activities: in the garden, for example, there is a volley-ball net, a basketball hoop and a convenient walled-in barbecue with gazebo for outdoor meals, next to it. For the little guests there is a sandbox for playing. The old barn next to the house is now a large dining room with tables and benches, ideal to accommodate all guests of the property and eat together. Next to the barn is a laundry room. The property is completely fenced and especially suitable for your four-legged friends. For total relaxation, there is an underwater massage corner in the pool: from here you have a 360° view of the hills and landscapes of southern Tuscany, the high Tuscia, all the way to Monte Amiata. The house is located 5 km from the border with Tuscany, in a strategic position to the numerous attractions: 30 km from Lake Bolsena with its low waters, beautiful and shaded beaches and 53 km from Lake Trasimeno and its equipped beaches and romantic islands accessible by ferries. If you wish to have a wellness day, you can take advantage of the numerous thermal baths and SPAs in San Casciano Bagni (11 km) or Chianciano Terme (26 km). History buffs should visit the medieval town of Montalcino (72 km), its fortress and alleys, while tasting the world famous Brunello red wine. Siena (103 km), with its monuments and Piazza del Campo, where the Palio di Siena takes place, is also worth a day trip. Those who love the sea can visit the sandy beaches at Montalto di Casto, 70 km away, while the beautiful Argentario area, with its romantic places such as Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, is only 100 km away.
