ZENO III (central, close to the beach AND in a quiet location)

Ambience full ... and only completed in 2016.
Cozy apartment on the top floor with a size of approx. 45 m², central yet very quiet.

Our holiday home ZENO (with a total of 3 residential units,
ZENO I and ZENO II can be booked separately on the Internet) is located in the center of the Zingst seaside resort in a quiet side street.
It is only a few steps to the town center. Beach, lagoon and harbor can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a living / dining room with an open corner kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob and an oven. Living room and bedroom each have a 32 "LED TV with satellite connection. There is a mini hi-fi system in the living room (incl. Radio, CD, Bluetooth).
In just a few simple steps, the sofa in the living room becomes a comfortable place to sleep for a third person.

Since the apartment is located on the upper floor, there is unfortunately no direct access to the terrace. You can reach the associated south-facing terrace via a short access road through the beautiful, opaque garden. Here you will also find the bike stand for your bikes.

We also offer our guests free use of the WiFi (6 Mbit).

There is a paved parking space in front of the house.

Pets unfortunately have to stay at home.

Schöner Ort. Sehr entspannt und nette Leute.

Super gelegen. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem sehr ruh. Ein paar kleine Macken gibt es immer. Das ist aber im Urlaub nicht so schlimm.

Sehr zu empfehlende, moderne und zentrale Fewo

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Zeno III sehr genossen: Die Fewo ist ansprechend und modern eingerichtet, super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch Firma Luft erfolgte völlig problemlos. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder!

Objekt sehr gut. Nur die Aufbettung geht gar nicht. Auf dem Sofa hätte mal einer probeliegen sollen. Das ist eine Zumutung das geht gar nicht. Sorry zum schlafen untauglich. Sonst ok.

alles in allem o.k. Wir vermissten vor allem eine Terrasse (Direktzugang) und eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder.

Sonnenschein die ganze Woche!

Das Objekt hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Lage war genau so wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Zentral im Stadtzentrum. Gut zum Einkaufen und der Weg zum Strand war auch akzeptabel. Gerne hätten wir eine Spülmaschine in der Küche gehabt, aber es ging auch ohne.

Zunächst einmal schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Anmerkung: Der Hausmeisterdienst stellt ein KLEINES Starterpaket mit Spülschwamm, Geschirrspülmittelchen etc. zur Verfügung. Verbrauchsmaterial wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, etc. sind in einer Ferienwohnung üblicherweise bitte selbst mitzubringen. Eine große Wäschespinne ist zur freien Nutzung im Garten vorhanden.

Schnucklige kleine Ferienwohnung

Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral und man braucht auch nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden auch wiederkommen.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Super Lage und auch so alles super. Was wir nicht so gut fanden waren die Summe der Endreinigung. Wir finden es sehr viel und außerdem steht nirgends was davon in der Beschreibung so das man erst nach Buchung davon erfährt. Außerdem war die Mitarbeiterin der Hausmeisterfirma wo der Schlüssel abgeholt wird nicht so freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Kleine Perle, zentral gelegen - TOP.

Es handelt sich um eine schöne. liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im ersten Stock des Haupthauses - ZENO III. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und schön dekoriert. Im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer befindet sich jeweils ein kleiner Flachbildschirm - TV an der Wand. Zusätzlich noch im Wohnzimmer eine kleine Musikanlage zum abspielen von CD´s. Die Küche ist mit Wasserkocher, Toaster , Filter-Kaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach hat uns voll ausgereicht, da wir abends immer zum Essen gegangen sind. Das Bad mit Dusche ist modern gefliest und es befindet sich ein Fön im Schränkchen. Die Abholung und Abgabe der Schlüssel bei Frau Luft war unproblematisch. Die ganze Abwicklung mit der Vermietung und der Hausverwaltung war super. Der KFZ-Stellplatz vor dem Haus erspart die Parkplatzsuche. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber doch auch ruhig. Die Innenstadt, die Seebrücke , Bäcker usw. sind in 5 Minuten zu errechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schade, dass Sie dies so empfunden haben. Im Badezimmer der Wohnung befindet sich für jeden Gast nutzbar und frei zugänglich der im Herbst 2019 gewartete Durchlauferhitzer. So kann jeder seine persönliche Wasser-Wohlfühltemperatur wählen. Für dennoch bestehende Sorgen ist unser Hausmeisterservice im Ort immer telefonisch zu erreichen!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung.

Mir hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Schade fand ich, dass man die Heizung so gedrosselt hat, (oder sie nicht wirklich funktioniert?) dass die Wohnung nicht richtig warm wurde. Heizung war immer nur lauwarm. Selbst eine Info an den Hausmeister Service änderte daran nichts. In der Küche konnte man nur mit kaltem Wasser abwaschen.

Schade, dass es Probleme mit der Heizung gab, dies war vorher noch nie aufgetreten. Der Hausmeister hat umgehend nach der Meldung durch die Mieterin die Heizungsanlage überprüft und, nachdem die Anlage entsprechend lief, die Wohnung verlassen. Weitere Beanstandungen, dass die Heizungsanlage danach noch immer nicht ausreichend heizte, gab es jedoch keine.
