Main living room with amazing views for relaxing or socializing. Flat yard with no steep hills or stairs. Driveway parks 5-6 cars. Plenty of games for kids provided, including board games, bocci and corn hole. No parking inside garage. Property has a Ring doorbell and chime, and four cameras (in garage, in basement, in driveway, and in backyard facing lake). No parking in road or street permitted! Additional parking at the NYS DEC Fishing Access located at 3485 Pebble Beach Road. Second alternate parking is 8 minute drive away, 5605 William J Bruckel Dr (Park and Ride Lot).
