We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen and baths were stocked for convenience. The amenities in the home were thoughtfully set up for guests. We were impressed with how welcoming the home was.
We had a wonderful time at the Lake House. Beautiful home, beautiful location and beautiful sunsets. It was also easy to contact the owners with any question I had. Would love to come back and enjoy the fall colors.
This house was beautiful, you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their home. This home sits right on the lake and has beautiful views. The home was well stocked, kitchen had items that we needed. We would definitely like to visit again!
Girls weekend works so well in this gorgeous lake house...right on the water, beautiful views, lots of open space, fully stocked kitchen and all the extras! Owners are great to work with and highly recommend!!
House was everything we had hoped for. We had a wonderful week with family, enjoying this beautiful home and wonderful views. Looking forward to another stay here.
The lake house was just perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, inspirational, and equipped with everything we could ask for. Sunrises out on the deck were beautiful and our campfires were warm and toasty. Excellent place to stay.
This was our first time getting a VRBO and the owners helped me through the process. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect and we would love to stay again. Having the swim area for the kids in the front and kayaks and paddleboard was so much fun.
We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was obvious that a great deal of love and care went into the remodeling of the property. The owners provided plenty of extra amenities that made the stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Many many thanks Robert. We hope to have you back again!
Exceptional property with great care given to details as well as plentiful amenities. Beautiful location on Conesus Lake. It was a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. We hope to return in the future. Its a 10 out of 10!
We had a wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful lake house! Weather cooperated, a great open floor plan that includes a wall of windows/sliders and a covered porch right on the water, very clean and well stocked with lots of personal touches. Easy communication with Randy and Teresa. Would highly recommend and we've already booked our next visit!
Wonderful place and hosts. Everything we needed, and more, for a great stay. Fully stocked, nice and thoughtful touches all throughout the house. Everything for cooking, lots of towels, tissues, toilet paper, etc. Night lights throughout, great for kids. Close to highway access and grocery stores. Can't recommend enough.
We had a amazing time at the lake house! We enjoyed the fire pit outside by the water. Had a great BBQ dinner on the outside covered porch. The house is decorated beautifully and had all the amenities that we needed and more. The property owners were available and more than willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this VRBO.
Our goal for our visit was to spend our Annual Spring Break in a cozy, comfortable space. This was the Perfect Place. Friends from Texas and Alabama seldom see snow! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing, watching it snow and watching the snow geese. The home was beautifully appointed and completely stocked with all that we needed. One of our most favorite places!
Wonderful property. Had everything. All you needed to bring is your clothes and wine. Very clean. Very well decorated, cheerful decor. Neighbors were welcoming too. Randy was great. Easy to reach and very responsive. We rented the Pontoon boat for an evening tour by Randy.
You will not be disappointed by your time at Randy's lake house. I stayed with a multigenerational group (young kids, parents, and grandparents), and there was truly something for everyone. The setting right on the lake was beautiful--we enjoyed kayaking, watching the sun rise, identifying the numerous waterbirds, and even taking a quick dip in the chilly waters (we stayed in April). The kids already want to come back in the summer to experience swimming from the dock. Plenty to do in the region--hiking, walking to Vitale Park, checking out local brewery and vineyards. Board games kept everyone entertained in the evening hours. Randy's house clearly has pride of ownership; everything was extremely clean and well kept. Thank you for sharing your lovely lake house with us!
This house fit the needs of our family of 11 perfectly! The house is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. Our favorite aspects were the well-equipped and large kitchen, bedroom designs that accommodated our configuration, the large dock that allowed us space for our boat, and the swim area in front of the home. The garage fridge is such a plus with a large family. The kayaks and stand up paddle board were a great bonus for more family fun. My nephew (11) and niece (6) had a blast with them! We’ve already booked again for next summer and cannot wait for our return visit. This house has it al!! Thank you, Randy, for being such an excellent host and sharing your lovely home with renters.
We had a wonderful time - the house, location and amenities were great! We were in town for a family wedding and really enjoyed the home- it had everything we needed; it had recently been beautifully remodeled, was very well stocked and we especially enjoyed the fire pit. Randy was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We hope to come back as location was perfect for our family gathering as we traveled from PA, Ohio, MA and NY.

About the host
Hosted by Randy and Teresa Weaver
We spent many summers growing up at the Lake, fishing, camping, ice-fishing, relaxing and making lots of friends. The passing of our family matriarch, Judy Sanger Weaver in 2018, led her husband of 60+ years and our Dad Tom on a journey for a family place for a legacy to pass on to many. After a rough pandemic period here in New York, we found this property for sale in 2021 – and went for it! Our family has spent 9 tireless months remodeling and renovating, we know you will enjoy it!
Why they chose this property
Perfectly located at the North end on a quiet public road, with Lakeville one minute away, and Geneseo 10 minutes away with all the modern retail and restaurants you might need. Wonderful summertime places to visit all within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
Easy to get to and accessible to nearby attractions, and in the desirable North End of the Lake. Water is perfect for playing and boating, and cottage is perfectly located on one of the only public roads next to the lake with little to no traffic.
