You have access to the 8 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers, porch swing and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and grill. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 1 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.

On the upper floor there are 1 larger and 2 smaller bedrooms and 1 washbasin. On the ground floor there is a living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 washbasin and an outdoor terrace. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
