This 2-bedroom NON-SMOKING accommodation is an entire house of 60m2 and 35m2 of terrace, designed for those seeking a central, authentic and quiet base from which to visit the island.
We built this house ourselves entirely out of wood!
Powered by 12kW of solar panels and equipped with a 2.4kW electric vehicle charger, we are truly committed to renewable energy and resources.
The accommodation is dedicated to families; bookings for more than 2 adults are subject to approval.
Large bay windows let in natural light and allow 360° views from all living spaces.
To the north, the rooms overlook a small residential cul-de-sac and enjoy views of Tinajo and, in the distance, La Graciosa and the cliffs of Famara.
To the West and South, the daytime area opens onto the Tinache volcano and its terraced fields and the clay-colored Montaña de Tinajo.
The 1400m2 property consists of a garage-laundry room and 5 independent apartments.
We (myself, my husband and our 2 children) come weekly during the day to maintain the property.
The laundry room is openly accessible for €3/wash, detergent included.
Free parking with video surveillance is available for the entire property.
Tinajo is rural Lanzarote, authentic and largely untouched by mass tourism development. The chalet overlooks the village center, is within easy reach of shops and restaurants, and yet is far enough away to enjoy absolute peace and quiet.
Just a 10-minute walk from the Tinajo Plaza bus stop, the property is well connected to Arrecife and the airport (1 change).
The area is easily explored on foot or by bicycle, but if you wish to visit the rest of the island, a rental car will be essential.

For travelers with an electric vehicle: use of the charging station is free between 9am and 6pm. It is charged at 20 cents/kWh outside these hours (e.g., 12 hours of charging at 1.2kW equals 14.4kWh, or €2.88).
We use natural pest control methods, take care not to leave any food that might attract pests.
Please note that despite our best efforts, as we are in a rural area, it sometimes happens (rarely!) that a cockroach finds its way into the kitchen. If this is unacceptable to you, please do not book our accommodation.
