If you're coming to the lake and you want a home that checks all of the boxes this is the one for you! This amazing home we call 7th Heaven is located on the 7th Green in Old Kinderhook. The home is spacious, luxurious and in an amazing neighborhood. Whether you are coming for Summer, Spring, Winter or Fall, Old Kinderhook always has something special going on. It is the Lake's Four Season venue! Wonderful golf course. the award winning Trophy Room restaurant and lots of family fun activities. All a stone's throw from boating and all the high powered action and fun the Lake brings! What could be better!?

This home is 4 bedroom/4 baths and features modern touches that you want in a lake home. Wood floors, granite counter tops, open concept, 2 living spaces, poker table, foosball table, 2 screened in decks, a hot tub and a very spacious floor plan for your group!

The upper floor features a well equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare any meal easily with a large island with lots of seating around for dining and entertainment. A large living room and dining room space with a smart TV for chillaxin. 2 bedrooms are located on this floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and bedroom 2 has a king and an additional twin both with comfortable bedding and their own bathrooms with high end tile work. The first floor also features a big screened in porch. Relax with a drink in hand and watch the golfers out the back at the 7th hole or have a bite to eat after grilling. The large laundry room is also located on this level.

The second floor features a family room space with a second smart TV, comfortable seating for all and a small bar space with a fridge for drinks and snacks. This floor also has 2 spacious bedrooms similar to the floor above with their own high end bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and an additional twin. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen and 2 full beds! This floor has another big deck and features the hot tub for a soak to top off a long day of Lake fun.

We know you'll love 7th Heaven and you want to come back year after year while visiting the Ozarks.

You must be 25 or older to rent this home. If you are looking for a place to party this home is not for you. We don't accept bachelor or bachelorette parties.

This beautiful space exceeded expectations in every way. Clean, great amenities, private, great restaurants nearby. We came for a wedding on the Lake locally and this was the perfect spot to unwind with family and friends. Beautiful grounds! Sleeps so many, but not crowded at all. Will definitely be back.

We've rented this house multiple years now and its always the perfect fit for our guys golf trip getaway. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. The large kitchen and open fllow to the dinning table and livingroom made it easy to cook and enjoy conversation with everyone. The house provided ample seating for my whole group to gather and hang out. The property was in good shape very clean and well-maintained, We look forward to booking again next year.

Great place for families!

This is our third time staying at this property as we play ball at LOZ each summer. The property is great for families and has a separate bathroom for each bedroom to escape for privacy when needed. The porches are large and provide a place for everyone to spread out even with big groups.

Guys Golf Trip

This place was fantastic for 6 guys on a golf trip for 4 nights. Plenty of room and beds for everyone, enough bathrooms to spread out, comfortable furniture, a spacious kitchen, and clean all around. Being able to park in the garage was nice, the hot tub was a great bonus at the end of the day, and we put the card table to good use. Wonderful!

Guys Golf Get Away

The house was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the 7th green from the back deck. We loved the easy access to the course, making it perfect for multiple rounds each day. The amenities were excellent: comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub, and plenty of parking. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun trip. We’re already planning to return next year! Highly recommended for a great golf getaway.

Facilities were as advertised. Great view off of the tee box on Old Kinderhook #7. Hot tub is a great way to relax at the end of the day while you enjoy the scenery from the deck. Few minor maintenance items that need to be addressed, but nothing that deters from the experience. 5-stars!

Golfing weekend

The view is second to none if you’re a golf fanatic like myself. The house sits right on top of the 7th tee box. We spend the time we weren’t golfing betting on other groups that were playing. The house was immaculate and very well laid out for our group. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub is a great touch in the evenings.
