Large, single-story house with a spacious living area comprising a lounge with a large corner sofa, a television, board games, and a large dining table. A separate, fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x190cm). One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). One bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).

You will also find a shower room, a separate toilet, and a second shower room with a toilet.
Baby equipment is available upon request to the owner: cot, high chair, baby bath, and baby bath seat. As an added bonus, we welcome equestrians and their horses (maximum 10 horses) with a large 80m² straw-bedded shelter; a large 3-hectare pasture with year-round grazing thanks to rotational grazing (3 paddocks); a hay rack is available for additional use; and a large, sheltered grooming area in a converted tobacco drying barn. No facilities, but numerous trails start right from the gîte. €16/night/horse. Enjoy a stay with family or friends and explore the nearby Périgord Blanc region, with the magnificent cathedral in the City of Art and History of Périgueux (30km), or the Périgord Pourpre region, just 24km away, with the town of Bergerac and its vineyards, also a designated City of Art and History.

In the small village of Villamblard, with its Barrière castle and beautifully restored and furnished rooms, which hosts excellent exhibitions every summer. Local produce is available every Monday morning.
After your visits, you can relax in the enclosed courtyard, ideal for children, with a ping-pong table and a children's play structure. Unwind in the lounge area, under the pergola, with garden furniture, a griddle, and a barbecue. Enjoy the pétanque court and badminton net on the property, and especially the private 8x4m chlorine swimming pool, 1.5m deep, open from May to October and secured by an alarm and a fence.

The price includes: linens (tea towels), electricity, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning.

The price does not include: towels and bed linens.
