Sit for a while on any of the 8 seats available there for you to relax in comfort. Walk back in and take a look at the spacious 2,200sqft fully furnished condo. The Master suite also has access to the balcony and hosts a King size bed, television and has a private bathroom complete with jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and 2 sinks. The kitchen has all you'll need, equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, dual sink and all the utensils, dishes, glasses and cookware you might need. There is a washer and dryer available in the laundry room. There is a television in every room. The storage room by the elevator contains beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for your comfort and enjoyment at the beach.
Sanibel condominiums also has well-kept amenities for your use including: Exercise room, clubhouse with billiards, a kitchen, grills, and card tables, private beachfront pool, hot tub, and more. Sanibel is a privately owned condominium and is well-maintained, safe, and clean. The condominium is conveniently located near everything you'll need: restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, amusement parks, fishing pier, museums and water sports facilities.
