Updated 3bd 2ba with everything you need to have a great visit to Mammoth. Lots of light and mountain views from the big windows in the living room. The bunk room has queen over queen beds, with a day bed that also has a pull out trundle underneath. There is a communal hot tub and sauna, as well as great pool (pool not open in winter). You're right on stop 5 on the red line, making it easy to get to the village or main lodge.

We are two families who, after years of enjoying the summers and winters in Mammoth, finally decided we needed our own place in our favorite mountain town. We spend half of our time here and rent it out the second half.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is half a block from downtown Mammoth. Our favorite restaurants, brewery and bowling are all within a 10 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the big windows, light and Aspen trees that surround the property. The space is great for kids who can play outside in the backyard in the summer or build sled runs on the side in the winter.
