Worked out great!

We (family of 6) had a great stay here. I loved being so close to Rapid City, and also halfway between the Badlands to the East and Mount Rushmore to the West.

This property was very easy to find, had a great location to all the popular sights to see, was a clean house. Only thing I can think to improve on is something to put bags/suitcase on.

Visiting family

Perfect for my needs. Close to Ellsworth air force base where my stepson and family are posted. Main level with 2 BR and 2 Bathrooms was perfect for our needs. Clean,updated and a western cow motif added to the house. Thank you Trish for your easy accessible communication.

Sturgis trip

The house was great! Very clean, great kitchen, and wonderful place to stay. The only thing I would suggest is some type of dresser or cabinet for the bedrooms because there was no place to put your clothes and only 15 hangers for 4 people on a 8 day stay. We were told about the yard and flowerbeds not being done to the owners satisfaction, but it was pretty bad. Flowerbeds had some weeds at the front of the house that were 4 ft. tall. Just took away from the overall beautiful home. Great location and Timmons Grocery just down the street. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Clean and Comfy

The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of bath towels. Could use some kitchen towels but there were plenty of bath hand towels to make do. Very nice neighborhood. It is outside of Rapid City by 6 miles but we did not mind that. There is a nice grocery store with good fried chicken. We got 8-10 pieces for $10. I loved the gas stove and the toaster oven. The couch reclines on both ends. SWEET! We definitely recommend this house.

Great little place!

A nice little house right outside Ellsworth AFB. Quiet neighborhood, an occasional plane, reveille in the morning and Taps at night. Very clean & served us very well. A bit of a drive to get to places to eat but plenty of restaurants, both chain & local & a Dollar General very close for any needed essentials. Highly recommend this listing!

Very Clean and Great Location

I have this property an overall rating of 4 stars. I would have easily given 5 stars, but I was under the impression by the online photos that the back yard would be fenced. (The listing doesn't say one way or another). Not a big deal to take my dogs out on a leash except there was a large number of thistle weeds that the dogs yelped when they stepped on them and there was a lot of dog poop. I can't say where the poop came from as the back is very open to other housing, but it was poop-tastic! The house itself was AMAZING! Location was great, (30 mins to Mt. Rushmore), the house was VERY clean, safe neighborhood, and just perfect for our family. Mornings were spent walking at the little park right next to the neighborhood where we saw a vast array of wild life, beautiful gardens, ponds, etc. I would stay there again next time we go to SD!
