- A south-facing rooftop terrace of around 25 m² with a view of the rock. Furniture available to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cotignac, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Lake Sainte-Croix, about 30 minutes' drive away (beaches, swimming, paddle hire, electric boats, etc.)
- The Gorges du Verdon is around 30 minutes' drive away (with hiking and sailing in an electric boat or kayak).
- Numerous hiking trails
- Visit the rock in the village
