Lighthouse and the main bathing beach start and yet thanks to our excellent location in a quiet
Side street in the center to find relaxation and tranquility.

Terms and conditions

1. The landlord rents the holiday apartment specified in the confirmation / contract to the signing tenant for natural use.

2nd If the tenant leaves the apartment before the end of the rental period, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the remaining rental costs. The same applies if the tenant moves into the apartment later than booked.

3rd The additional costs such as electricity, gas, water are included in the rental price. The tourist tax and additional optional services such as special requests are calculated separately.

4th The occupancy of the apartment by a higher number of people than specified in the contract is not permitted. Please note that infants are already people.

5. The tenant is liable for any damage to the inventory and objects that can be used by the tenant. In the event of damage, the tenant must provide equivalent replacement.

6. The apartment must be “swept clean” at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please note that your dishes must also be washed, dried and put away again and that all items should be in their original place.

7. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

Gute Lage mit ein paar Abzügen

Gut: Küche, Lage, Platz, Dusche. Schlecht: kein w-lan, sondern nur Freifunk, der auch nicht funktioniert, Dvd Player funktioniert,Fernbedienung kaputt, somit keine Menüeinstellung möglich, im Schlafzimmer muffiger Geruch, Tapeten zum Teil dreckig, Rollos mit zerquetschten Insekten, Decke im Schlafzimmer hat Flecken, Haus ist sehr hellhörig, Wohnung ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet,

Gute Lage,das wars aber auch

Bisschen sehr runtergekommen. An der Zimmerdecke im Schlafzimmer große Wasserflecken. Im Zimmer mit Etagenbett Tapetenfetzen von der Wand. Sofa durch gelegen und etwas fleckig. Sehr schade, Vermieter sonst rührig, wenn auch Bettwäsche extra bezahlt werden muss und keine Handtücher gestellt werden. Borkum selbst hat alles zum Glück ausgeglichen.
