Ahoy and a warm welcome to our “Ferienwohnung Lütje Dröm” on Borkum! With a kitchen-diner, three separate bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, and a guest bathroom, it’s ideal for holidays with up to five people. The lovingly decorated interior, featuring maritime accessories, island maps, and seafaring artwork, creates that authentic North Sea atmosphere. Enjoy the refreshing North Sea air on the shared terrace.
Start your day off calmly and relaxed at the dining area with a beautiful view of the outdoors. You can easily prepare coffee, rolls, and hard-boiled eggs in the kitchenette, which features a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, among other amenities. This way, you can comfortably plan your day on Borkum—whether it’s a bike ride, a walk on the beach, or a day at the beach.
In the kitchen-living area, a couch with a TV invites you to spend cosy hours there—watching films, reading, or simply relaxing! You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi so you can surf the web on your smartphone.
Three separate bedrooms offer you pleasant places to retreat. Each is furnished with a double bed (2 x 180 x 200 cm; 1 x 140 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and a separate shower are located on the same floor outside the apartment and are accessible via a connecting hallway shared with the upstairs apartment.
Even after a day at the beach, you can continue to enjoy the fresh North Sea air: The house features a covered terrace that you can share with the other guests. The owner will gladly provide a grill upon request.
A high chair, a cot, and outlet covers can be provided upon request at the family-friendly “Ferienwohnung Lütje Dröm.”

General Information: A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee; please arrange in advance). You’ll find a clothesline (with clothes pegs) in the garden. Bicycles, handcarts, and sand toys can be stored in the courtyard. The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase. It is a small apartment that can be expanded to include a double bedroom and a single bedroom. These bedrooms are located on the same floor outside the apartment and are accessible via a connecting hallway shared with the apartment above.

In our holiday apartments at “Haus Feldmann,” you can fully enjoy the best time of the year!
This traditionally run, long-standing family-owned property is in a great location—just a few minutes from the sandy beach. After about a 10-minute walk (or a 3-minute bike ride), you’ll be at the Südbad! Here, beach chairs, play areas for children, volleyball courts, and milk stands provide everything you need for a perfect day at the beach.
A trip to the Nordbad is also well worth it! After about a 10-minute bike ride, you’ll reach the inviting promenade with its lovely cafés and cocktail bars, as well as the bandstand and the offshore sandbar. In addition to long walks by the sea, a wide range of sports activities awaits you (including beach aerobics, beach volleyball, sailing, and surfing). In the town centre, small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger.
In our main building, our cosy holiday apartment “Lütje Dröm” invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Borkum. It can be rented for 2 people or, in a larger configuration, for up to 5 people. In an outbuilding, our garden bungalow “Fürstenflügel” awaits you—it accommodates 2 people. Here, you’ll feel right at home with the locals; the owner lives in the main house and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
